Welcome to Lumixync. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
YIRA YARKINI IT PTY LTD (ACN 675 124 651), operating as Lumixync, provides IT, digital, and technology-related services to clients who submit inquiries through our website or approved third-party platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. By submitting your contact information through our website, you consent to being contacted by us via phone calls or emails regarding your inquiries and requested services.
2. Project Initiation
Upon initiating a project, a detailed scope of work and project timeline will be established and communicated to the client. This will include key milestones and deliverables to set clear expectations.
3. Client Collaboration
Lumixync values client collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. We encourage open communication, feedback, and regular updates to ensure alignment with client expectations.
4. Quality Assurance
Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions. Each project undergoes rigorous testing and quality assurance procedures to guarantee functionality, security, and user satisfaction. Our designers do not deviate from the specifications provided by you in the order form. The designs are created after thorough research which ensures design quality and uniqueness.
5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We rework the ordered design and keep on revising it until you are 100% satisfied, depending upon your package. We guarantee that all designs are made from scratch and will be unique and tailored to your specific requirements.
6. Revision Policy
We provide guaranteed unlimited revisions depending upon the package selected. Customers can ask for unlimited free revisions and we will revise their design without any additional charges, provided that the design and concept remain the same. The Revision Turnaround Time would be 48 hours.
Revisions, with respect to websites and mobile applications, apply till the design stage only. Once the development stage has commenced, no revisions would be entertained. Revisions for 2D and 3D animations do not exceed 3 times.
7. Delivery Policy
All design order files are delivered to the client’s account area as per the date specified on the Order Confirmation. An email is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery. All policies pertaining to revision and refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to the client’s account area.
We deliver all customized design orders via email within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your order. Subject to the scope of the order, the time may vary.
We offer a RUSH DELIVERY service through which you can have your first design samples within 24 hours by paying just $100 extra. For further assistance, contact us at our 24-Hour Customer Support Center.
8. Client Approval
Before final deployment, clients will have the opportunity to review the completed project and provide approval. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we encourage feedback to address any concerns.

Lumixync provides post-launch support to address any issues or questions that may arise. We offer 24-Hour Customer Support to address your queries and questions. Clients can reach out to our dedicated support team through the following channels:

10. SMS Communications
By submitting a form on our website (lumixync.com/contact) and explicitly checking the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Lumixync related to:
- Your inquiries and project discussions
- Appointments and scheduling
- Customer support and service updates
- Follow-ups related to your requested services

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting the contact form at lumixync.com/contact and explicitly consenting through the SMS consent checkbox displayed on the form.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11. Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Lumixync, we ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all our services. While we strive to meet and exceed your expectations, we understand that circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is designed to accommodate our customers’ concerns.
Refund Requests Process

We reserve the right to approve or disapprove requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility — Time-Based
- If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, you are eligible for a Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
- If a refund request is made within 48 hours of initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
- If a refund request is made between 48 to 120 hours of initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
- No refund will be entertained after 120 hours of initial design delivery
- No refund will be entertained if no action has been taken on the order for 30 days after placing
- No refund will be entertained after final files have been delivered
Extinguishment of Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is extinguished under the following circumstances:
- Approval of the primary design concept
- Requested revisions after initial delivery
- Special or custom package selection
- Cancellation unrelated to the company
- No contact with the company for more than 2 weeks
- Violation of company policies
- Approaching another company or designer for the same project
- Lack of required information in the creative brief
- Demand for a complete design change
- Business closure or name change
- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘disagreement with a partner’
Refund Exclusions and Limitations
- Refunds are not applicable after 15 days from the date of purchase
- Services like Social Media Management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable
- For websites and mobile applications, refunds are not entertained once the client has approved the design for development
- For video animation packages, no refund will be entertained after the designing of the storyboard

Our team will attempt to resolve your concern through our revision policy. If unresolved, we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
Post-Refund Conditions
After a refund is processed, all design rights are transferred to YIRA YARKINI IT PTY LTD, and clients are prohibited from displaying any version of the refunded design. The client agrees they will have no right, direct or indirect, to use any response, content, work product, or media related to the refunded project.
12. Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Some services provided by Lumixync, including but not limited to Web Hosting, Maintenance Plans, SEO Services, and other recurring services, may be billed on a monthly or recurring subscription basis.
All recurring services are processed through an automated billing system. By subscribing to these services, the client authorizes Lumixync to automatically charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle unless the subscription is canceled.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, clients must submit a cancellation request at least fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing date. Cancellation requests received less than fifteen (15) days before the billing date may not prevent the upcoming charge.

Termination of services or removal of a website, domain, or other hosted assets from our servers does not automatically cancel the associated billing subscription. A formal cancellation request must be submitted to stop future billing.
13. Reactivation Policy
If the client becomes unresponsive for a period of 30 days or more, the project will be considered closed. A reactivation fee will be charged to recommence the said project.
14. Record Maintenance
We keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files. If you require the final files again in the future, we can send them to you upon request.
15. Communication Policy
Lumixync is not liable for any correspondence from email addresses other than those followed by our own domain i.e. lumixync.com, or any phone number not mentioned on our official website. Lumixync should not be held responsible for any damages caused by such correspondence.
We only take responsibility for communications through email addresses under our own domain name or via phone numbers already mentioned on the Lumixync website.
16. Third-Party Lead Platforms
We may receive inquiries through approved third-party platforms such as Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, Bark, Thumbtack, Clutch, and Yelp. Information received through these platforms is handled with the same confidentiality as information collected directly through our website.
Note: SMS communications are only initiated based on explicit consent provided directly through our website forms. Third-party platform submissions do not automatically constitute SMS consent.
17. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Lumixync remain the intellectual property of YIRA YARKINI IT PTY LTD until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed.
100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if our designed work is found to be considerably similar to another existing design. Any resemblance to an existing design will be merely a coincidence, and Lumixync will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case. It is the client’s responsibility to get their artwork copyrighted.
18. Limitation of Liability
Lumixync shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
19. Access to Information
To access Lumixync services, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that all information provided by you will be correct, current, and complete. If Lumixync believes the information provided is not correct, current, or complete, Lumixync has the right to refuse access to any services or resources, and to terminate or suspend your account at any time.

21. Policy Updates
YIRA YARKINI IT PTY LTD reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
